To support your process we have three pillars represented in three different areas that we call environments.

Physical environment.

With the proper physical space and the proper daily elements that you interact with, we enforce and inspire the individual to connect with simple moments of the day in a calm and fulfilling way. This area of work is important to develop a new sense of perception and encourage our senses to start reacting to natural stimuli. For example, a nice linen fabric, the touch of novel wood or the view of filtered light reflections through the linen window curtains, are extremely effective stimuli for our brains. We allow nature to impact our senses in many different dimensions, as not only nature is embedded in our most primitive sensorial instincts, but also has the property of slow and meditative pace, this pace will help calming us down to a more profound state of the mind.

Psychological environment.

Cognitive-behavioral therapy is fundamental to reestructure our minds. In addiction, our minds are shaped and wired in a way to reinforce and repeat the behaviors that led us to repeat patterns triggering actions that have in them what ever the mind is dependent on. We have years of dependence therefore many wired connections must be rewired to trigger different actions and outcomes. Motivation and self control atrophy is notable in an addicted brain, we need to reinforce this capacities working on them little by little to make the person strong and capable.

Interactive environment.

The third pillar refers to changing our minds through our actions. The way the mind works is reciprocal, we create thoughts that lead to actions and potential outcomes, but also actions can lead to thoughts that give as a result different outcomes. This reciprocity is very important in any development, as actions are the rout to establish new wires in our brains linked to positive outcomes. With this concept we tailored inspirational activities, that allow us to learn new patterns of behavior and establishes the cognition base for the future.
